1. Term of Service

1.1. By entering into a retained sales and marketing services agreement with Momentum, you agree to a minimum term of 6 months from the effective date of the agreement.

1.2. Momentum works on an hourly term basis with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per calendar month.

1.3. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing a 3-month notice period in writing.
2. Services Provided
2.1. The services to be provided under the retained sales and marketing agreement will be agreed upon by both parties and can be found on the website www.gainmomentum.co.uk.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1. The agreed rate of the retained services is determined at the time of entering into this agreement and will be outlined in the agreement.
3.2. The fees are payable monthly in advance based on the hourly rate and minimum commitment.
3.3. Any additional services requested by the client may incur extra charges as agreed upon by both parties.
4. Termination of Agreement
4.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with a 3-month notice period in writing.
4.2. In the event of early termination by the client, any outstanding fees for the remainder of the term will be due and payable.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the term of service.
5.2. Confidential information includes but is not limited to business strategies, customer data, and marketing plans
6. Governing Law
6.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
By entering into this retained sales and marketing services agreement with Momentum, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above, including the hourly working term with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per calendar month.
